According to a criminal complaint, Amin was caught with two other people in a shed outside of a home in Nicholas County.
Shawn Booker and Jason Jones were also found in the shed at the time of the arrest.
According to the criminal complaint, a criminal informant told officers with the Central West Virginia Drug Task Force that a shipment of drugs would be delivered on Feb. 10.
Members of the task force observed a car with a Michigan license plate arriving at the home. The criminal informant told police that a vehicle with Michigan plates would be delivering drugs to the home.
After witnessing several people enter and leave the home, police executed a search warrant on the home. Amin, Jones and Booker were found in a shed outside of the home.
Oxycodone was found in Amin's purse.
Inside of the shed, police found three packages of heroin. According to Jones, Amin and Booker transported the drugs to the home.
Amin's bond has been set at $200,000 and is being held in Central Regional Jail.
According to the criminal complaint, Booker is a resident of Detroit which adds to the list of drug related cases involving residents of Detroit. A local, reality television star is in trouble with the law.
Salwa Amin, 24, was booked early Monday morning in the Central Regional Jail.
According to authorities, she's been charged with possession with intent to deliver.
Amin will be arraigned later Monday morning by a judge.
Her previous arrest was in Kanawha County back in July of 2012.
