
Dustin MillsThe Upshur County Sheriff's Department arrested a French Creek man after discovering several stolen items at a residence Friday.
Dustin Mills, 25, was arrested and charged with several counts of breaking and entering and grand larceny.
Mills was arrested at his residence in southern Upshur County Friday after deputies found over $5,000 in stolen equipment, including generators and power tools. He was also arrested for breaking and entering in Alton, French Creek, Childers Run, Brooks Hill, and Alexander areas, according to a news release from the sheriff's department.
Mills is in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail with bail set at $95,000.
The sheriff's department said the investigation is on going and that more arrests are expected.
