A Fairmont man was arrested on nighttime burglary charges Tuesday night.
The Marion County Sheriff's Department said Daniel Lee Jones, 52, of Fairmont went into a woman's home in Boothsville and made threats to her and a guest.
Deputies discovered that Jones entered the residence by breaking a front window and climbing through.
Once Jones entered the residence, he made a threat about a firearm to the woman and her guest.
Jones was arrested on burglary charges, but posted the $10,000 bond before being transported to North Central Regional Jail.
