Harlem All Stars to Play Barbour County Dream Team February 24 in Philippi

The Harlem All Stars will be playing the Barbour County Dream Team on February 24 at Philip Barbour High School gym in Philippi.

The game will start at 3 p.m.

Cost is $8 in advance  and $10 at the door.
