The Webster Springs Police Department has arrested a Webster Springs couple in connection with multiple methamphetamine labs and child neglect.
Ora Richard Wisner, 29, is accused of possessing and operating ten clandestine methamphetamine laboratories, according to a criminal complaint. Police said Wisner was cooking meth at a house where four children were staying, two of which were Wisner's own children.
Coriana Lyn Christian, 22, is accused of failing to protect the welfare of her children while Wisner operated meth labs in the residence.
Wisner admitted to police that he would cook the meth outside of the residence, although there was a lab inside the residence, according to police.
Wisner is facing two counts of child neglect, altering pseudoephredrine, ten counts of operating a clandestine lab, ten counts of conspiracy, and ten counts of manufacturing a controlled substance.
Wisner is being held in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $675,000. Christian is being held in Central Regional Jail with bail set at $50,000.
