West Virginia University College or Law hosted a talk Monday evening about the future of gay rights.
Guest speaker and Supreme Court lawyer Paul Smith talked about the legal battle for gay rights. Specifically, he talked about two Supreme Court cases involving Proposition 8 in California and the Defensive of Marriage act.
Smith said gay rights are changing very fast.

Smith also says there's a need for more on work and employment discrimination.
