Preston County Man Still in Critical Condition Following Explosion

A Preston County man remains in critical condition two months after his house burnt to the ground.

The West Penn Burn Center said Charles Teeter, better known as Randy, remains in critical condition.

The fire occurred in December. The State Fire Marshal's Office said the fire has been ruled as arson, based on the presence of accelerant used.

Preston 911 said an explosion linked to the fire could be heard up to three-miles away.
