Losing weight is easier said then done.

Sometimes you just need that extra push to get going in a healthier life style.

The United Hospital Center is partnering up with Highmark West Virginia and offering "drop 10 in 10."

The goal is to lose 10 pounds or 10 percent of your body weight in ten weeks.

"Ten core foods that we look at each week, 10 core body movements we do different each week. Ten stretches. All based on tens. We also do 10 motivational pieces that we utilize in the program," said Toni Marascio-Williams, a family nurse practitioner.

Classes start on March 4.
