
Two men were in court on sexual assault charges Tuesday in Marion County.
Matthew Cottingham, 27, was previously indicted for second degree sexual assault.
Cottingham pleaded not guilty before Judge Michael Aloi.
His new indictment includes multiple counts of first degree sexual assault and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian.
Cottingham's trial is set for April 17.
William Grayson also appeared before Judge Aloi.
He pleaded not guilty to 20 counts of sexual assault in the first degree.
Judge Aloi set his trial date for May 15.
