Struck Sunday Evening with wind gusts to 100 MPH.
Another United Way fundraiser will be held Wednesday night at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Bridgeport.
At last year's contest, WBOY's Tony J. Amormino ate more than 40 wings. His goal this year is almost double.
He's been working out for weeks and been training his stomach, all in preparation for this contest.
"I've done 60 before, but 75 is my goal. My boss actually told me if I don't get 100 I'm not allowed back into work tomorrow morning," Amormino said.
This is Tony J. last year at the wing eating contest and we expect him to be in full force Wednesday.
Tony wants to eat 75 wings Wednesday. He's got eight minutes to do so, which is about nine wings a minute.
Each wing has about 100 calories. That's 7,500 calories in eight minutes or four days worth of calories in eight minutes.
The competition starts here at 7 p.m.
We will update this story after the contest.
