Two men who have been named in connection with a 1974 triple homicide at Windmill Park in Fairmont were indicted Friday by a Marion County Grand Jury.
Eddie Jack Washington, 59, and Phillip Bush, 64, each face three counts of murder in the first degree and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.
Criminal complaints said Washington and Bush shot and killed Guy Phillips, Wanda Phillips, and William Cobb nearly 40 years ago.
Washington is currently in North Central Regional Jail, and Bush is currently in Mount Olive Correctional Facility.
Two other men were indicted by the Marion County Grand Jury Friday.
Michael Patrick Anderson, 27 of Fairmont, faces one count of sexual assault in the first degree; one count of sexual abuse in the first degree; and two counts of sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian.
Zachary Taylor Stevens, 20 of Fairmont, faces one count of nighttime burglary; and two counts of conspiracy to commit a felony.
