The February term of the Randolph County Grand Jury returned 35 indictments on Tuesday.
Thomas Vas, 18, was indicted on one count of murder, a felony.
Vas is accused of fatally stabbing Dustin White, 17, at a Tygarts Valley High School football game in October 2012.
The Randolph County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has determined that Vas will be tried as an adult. The case was transferred from the juvenile docket to the adult criminal docket of the court.
Robin Georgetta Moore, 34, of Belington was indicted on 22 counts of parent, guardian, or custodian allowing sexual abuse.
Derek Jason Shifflett, 31, of Elkins was indicted on 50 counts of sexual assault in the first degree; 50 counts of sexual abuse by parent, guardian, or custodian, a felony; and 50 counts of incest, also in a felony.
Bond return will be held on March 6 at 9 a.m. at which time bond will be set and trial dates will be determined.
