13 People Arraigned in Barbour County Circuit Court

The following 13 cases were heard in Barbour County Circuit Court Wednesday before Judge Alan D. Moats.

Lori Ann Daugherty was arraigned on an indictment returned by the February 2013 Grand Jury for child neglect creating risk of injury.

Larry Junior Dewitt, II, was arraigned on an indictment returned by the February 2013 Grand Jury for malicious wounding.

Mark Lane Golden was arraigned on an indictment returned by the February 2013 Grand Jury for cultivating marijuana.

Greg Richard Hilling was arraigned on an indictment returned by the February 2013 Grand Jury for driving while license revoked for driving while under the influence of alcohol, third offense.

Anick Lynn Kennedy was arraigned on an indictment returned by the February 2013 Grand Jury for grand larceny and transferring stolen property.

Tiffany Amanda Mauller was arraigned on an indictment returned by the February 2013 Grand Jury for child neglect creating risk of injury.

James Daren Nestor was arraigned on an indictment returned by the February 2013 Grand Jury for third offense driving while under the influence of alcohol.

Olen Lee Vandevender, Jr., was arraigned on an indictment returned by the February 2013 Grand Jury for failure to register as a sex offender or provide notice of registration changes.

Shawn Steven Ware was arraigned on an indictment returned by the February 2013 Grand Jury for sexual abuse in the first degree, incest, and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian.

Darlene June Welch was arraigned on an indictment returned by the February 2013 Grand Jury for sexual abuse by a guardian, custodian, or person on a position of trust of a child, and conspiracy.

Steven Ray Wilson was arraigned on an indictment returned by the February 2013 Grand Jury for 10 counts of sexual assault in the third degree, and conspiracy.

Julian Anthony Scardina's arraignment hearing was continued until March 6, 2013.

Adam Seth Keplinger appeared in court for a bond revocation hearing. Keplinger's bond was revoked and he remains in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail. The case was presented by special prosecutor Michael Parker of Randolph County.
