A Marion County man was arrested on sex charges Tuesday.
The Marion County Sheriff's Department arrested Matthew Martin, 24, Tuesday night on charges of sexual assault in the third degree.
The sheriff's department said Martin sexually assaulted a juvenile last month.
A warrant was issued for his arrest and he was taken to North Central Regional Jail but has since been released.
