State Police have arrested a Morgantown man on burglary charges.

Wayne Bair III, 22, has been charged with nighttime burglary and attempted burglary.

Police said Bair went to the home of his two children and their mother on February 7 and threatened to kidnap the children and kill their mother.

Police said the woman said Bair tried to break in using a knife.

Bair is in North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $75,000.
