Judge Denies Motion to Revoke Bond for Randolph County Man Accus - WBOY.com: Clarksburg, Morgantown: News, Sports, Weather

Judge Jaymie Wilfong has denied a motion to revoke the bond of a Randolph County man accused of sexual abuse.

Edward Slaubaugh, 63, faces one count each of first degree sexual assault, sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian, and first degree sexual abuse.

Prosecutors said he had a sexual relationship with a female relative.

They asked Judge Wilfong to revoke Slaubaugh's bond after he tried to contact his son and daughter-in-law.

She said that wasn't a violation of the terms of his bond which forbid any contact with children.
