A Weston man is behind bars on charges of possession with the intent to deliver.

The Marion County Sheriff's Department arrested Daniel Prince, 30, in November after failing three sobriety tests and admitting to taking pills.

While waiting for blood tests, Prince was seen on the station's interview room surveillance camera removing pills from his pocket and putting them under the table.

Prince admitted selling the pills to a man earlier that day.

He is being held in Central Regional Jail $20,000.
