The father of a 5 month old baby, who was hospitalized for broken ribs, internal bleeding, and burn marks, was in court Thursday.

Judge James Matish has granted a motion to revoke bond for David Mazza who faces a charge of child neglect.

Mazza was out of jail on bond for charges back in September.

Investigators said Mazza abused his son.

The boy's mother also faces charges.

Mazza is in the North Central Regional Jail.
