WEST MILFORD -

--Update 3/2/13--

The Harrison County 911 Center said Route 19 opened at 5:00 a.m. on Saturday morning.

--Update 12:20 a.m.--

The Harrison County Sheriff's Department said two tractor trailers and a water truck were involved in an accident on Route 19 Friday night.

Sheriff's deputies said the two tractor trailers were traveling north and the water truck was traveling south.  At least one of the vehicles crossed the center lane, causing the crash.  All three vehicles are owned by Nabors Trucking Company.

The fuel tank of one of the tractor trailers ruptured in the accident, causing roughly 25 gallons of fuel to spill into a nearby ditch, where it was contained.  An environmental company was called to clean up the spill.

The road is still closed between Buffalo Creek Road and Route 270.

An officer from the Department of Transportation is also investigating.

Sheriff's deputies said charges are pending.

--Update 11:51 p.m.--
