The Harrison County 911 Center said Route 19 opened at 5:00 a.m. on Saturday morning.
--Update 12:20 a.m.--
The Harrison County Sheriff's Department said two tractor trailers and a water truck were involved in an accident on Route 19 Friday night.
Sheriff's deputies said the two tractor trailers were traveling north and the water truck was traveling south. At least one of the vehicles crossed the center lane, causing the crash. All three vehicles are owned by Nabors Trucking Company.
The fuel tank of one of the tractor trailers ruptured in the accident, causing roughly 25 gallons of fuel to spill into a nearby ditch, where it was contained. An environmental company was called to clean up the spill.
The road is still closed between Buffalo Creek Road and Route 270.
An officer from the Department of Transportation is also investigating.
Sheriff's deputies said charges are pending.

The Harrison County Sheriff's Department said three large trucks were involved in the accident on Route 19 near West Milford on Friday. Three people were involved in the accident, but all three refused treatment.
The department said one of the trucks was leaking fuel onto the road. It's unclear how much fuel spilled.

The Harrison County 911 Center confirmed an accident on Route 19 near West Milford on Friday night. It happened around 9:30 p.m.
Officials said the accident involved two water trucks, causing both lanes to be shut down.
According to the Harrison County 911, the West Milford Fire Department responded to a report of head-on collision involving two large tracks.
The Harrison County Sheriff's Department is investigating. Anmoore EMS, Harrison County EMS, and Stonewood Fire Departments all responded.
