MORGANTOWN -

A Monongalia County man appeared before a magistrate Saturday, accused of threatening to shoot at a school bus, with children on board.

West Virginia State Police arrested Thomas Jackson, 70, on Saturday morning for making the alleged threats on Thursday.

Troopers claim Jackson threatened to shoot out the tires of the bus if it didn't stop turning around near his property.

Jackson allegedly made those threats to the bus driver, in front of the elementary school students who were on the bus at the time.
