
A man accused of murder in connection to the 1974 triple Windmill Park homicides in Fairmont appeared in Marion County Courthouse for his arraignment Monday afternoon.
Eddie Washington pleaded not guilty to three counts of first degree murder and one count of conspiracy.
Judge Michael Aloi denied bond for Washington.
Washington's trial is scheduled to take place during the June term of court.
Phillip Bush, also named in connection with a 1974 triple homicide at Windmill Park in Fairmont, will be arraigned on Wednesday at 11:30 a.m.
