Struck Sunday Evening with wind gusts to 100 MPH.
With spring just around the corner, the Monongalia County Sheriff's Department is gearing up to use their Spyder motorcycle.
They received the bike last year from the West Virginia Governor's Highway Safety program.
Sheriff Al Kisner said it's used for a variety of purposes including DUI checkpoints, speed enforcement, and special events, such as parades and concerts.
He said people get excited when they see the three-wheeled vehicle.
"People look forward to seeing this bike and they'll ask us when they don't see it for a while, where is it at, you know, it's kind of different looking, different made and everything," Kisner said.
Kisner added that some of the sheriffs who use the bike are motorcycle enthusiasts and really enjoy riding it.
He hopes the department will be using the bike by early April.
