A second man accused of murder in connection to the 1974 triple Windmill Park homicides in Fairmont appeared in Marion County Courthouse for his arraignment Wednesday morning.
Phillip Reese Bush pleaded not guilty to three counts of first degree murder and one count of conspiracy to commit a felony.
Bond was a moot issue at Bush's arraignment due to the fact that he is already serving two life sentences for double homicides at Mount Olive Correctional Complex.
His trial date is set for May 15.
Eddie Washington, also named in connection with a 1974 triple homicide at Windmill Park in Fairmont, pleaded not guilty to the same charges Monday. His trial is scheduled to take place during the June term of court.
