Tucker County Magistrate Finds Probable Cause in Drug Case

A Tucker County magistrate has found probable cause in the case of two people arrested on drug charges.

State police charged John Allen Boyles, 30, and Arica Boyles, 26, with delivery of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver cocaine after a controlled buy operation at a home on Pheasant Run Road in Randolph County.

They also confiscated almost a pound of crack cocaine and cocaine.

Arica Boyles is in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail with bail set at $75,000.

John Boyles is out of jail on $75,000.
