The Marion County Sheriff's Department has arrested a Fairmont woman accused of threatening county employees.
The sheriff's department said it arrested Jina Piccalo, 43, Tuesday and charged her with DUI and obstructing an officer.
It said Piccalo then called a Putnam County circuit judge and said she was going to kill everyone in the Marion County courthouse at her magistrate hearing.
Piccalo now faces an additional charge of making terroristic threats.
Piccalo is in the North Central Regional Jail with bail set at $100,000.
