Despite progress on the proposed sales TIF bill that will support the new Monongalia County Baseball stadium the Monongalia County Commission said there are still many questions to be answered, including who will own the field?
The commission will meet with WVU athletic director Oliver Luck in April.
The developer, "Mon View" spoke with the commission Wednesday, telling commissioners that the sales TIF could be signed by the governor by April 13.
Mon View also reported the division of highways has put out a bid for the supporting interchange.
