MORGANTOWN -

The West Virginia University Residence Hall Association allows students showcase their talents in a unique way every year.

The top two acts from each of the campus residence halls compete for a prize of up to $500.

This year's theme was 'Vegas.'

Many students wanted to come and show off their talents to the community.

"It's such a big campus and there's six dorms on this campus and six on the other," said Victoria Madden, the Program Development Committee Chair for the Residence Hall Association. "We wanted to have it so students of different dorms can meet each other and be involved in something together while showing their great talents."

The show had 24 different competitors at Friday's event.
