MORGANTOWN -

It was a busy night in West Virginia University's Creative Arts Center Friday evening.

Not only was there an art exhibit, but the Short Film Festival kicked off as well.

The free festival has film makers from all over coming in to show what they have to offer.

Dozens of films, videos, and animations from around the world will be screened throughout the weekend.

There will also be a silent auction of artwork made by WVU art and design students.
