    An electrical fire destroyed a home in Harrison County Tuesday night. The Harrison County 911 Center said it started just after 12:15 a.m. on Locust Street in Salem. It said the fire appears to be suspicious.

Shinnston police officer Charles Henning III was scheduled to be in court Monday on drug charges, but after meeting with his lawyer, he waived his right to a preliminary hearing. 

The case will go to the circuit court Tuesday, and there won't be a court date set until Henning enters a plea, or the case goes to the grand jury. 

Henning faces seven criminal counts
