DALLAS, March 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- PMC Commercial Trust (NYSE MKT: PCC), a real estate investment trust, announced March 15, 2013 that the record date for its first quarter 2013 quarterly cash dividend of $0.125 per common share payable on April 8, 2013 would be March 29, 2013. Due to the New York Stock Exchange being closed that day for the Good Friday holiday, the Company has revised the record date to March 28, 2013.
