Upshur County law enforcement arrested a Buckhannon man on several charges after an incident at residence on Tuggle Street in Buckhannon.
Bradley Bennett, 31, was arrested and charged wanton endangerment, second offense domestic battery, prohibited person in possession of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon, and DUI.
On March 25, the Upshur County Sheriff's Department responded to a 911 call at 27 Tuggle Street in Buckhannon. Upon arrival, deputies determined that Bennett was involved in an altercation with his wife and had fled in a vehicle prior to the deputies' arrival.
According to a news release from the sheriff's department, deputies also learned that Bennett had discharged a pistol inside the residence with several adults and three children present.
Bennett was stopped by State Police on Route 33 a short time later and was taken into custody without incident, according to the news release.
Bennett is currently in the Tygart Valley Regional Jail with bail set at $120,000.
