Lincoln High School track star Madison Cunningham signed her letter of intent on Thursday to attend West Virginia Wesleyan College to continue running track.
Cunningham was a standout in the sport, running several events, but none better than the 400 yard hurdles.
She said coaches at Wesleyan told her she would continue her dominance in the 400 yard hurdles event.
"When I first started, I didn't think that I would. But once I got to high school I really thought that it was a good choice and I though that I would really like it. I love track and I wanted to continue my career in track," Cunningham said.
She's planning on majoring in Nursing, with a goal to become a Registered Nurse in the future.
