West Virginia University's "liveWELL" program introduced a new initiative Monday.

LiveWELL has a number of programs, including "sleepWELL" and "eatWELL".

The new program is called "moveWELL" and it aims to get students and the community to participate in at least 30 minutes of activity each day.

"We don't want them to think that something that they should do or it's unenjoyable or that it's prescribed by somebody that knows better than them that it is a positive lifestyle behavior. That it's their choice and they have many different ways to move their bodies and it should be enjoyable and something that they want to do everyday," said Shannon Foster, of WellWVU.
