The Clay-Battelle football team has been experiencing unheralded success in recent years under Head Coach Ryan Wilson.
Its players are now seeing the benefit of a winning program.
CeeBees lineman Tyler Menas signed his letter of intent to continue his football career at Fairmont State University during the next four years.
Menas, a 6'1, 310 lb. offensive and defensive lineman, was a stable presence for quarterback Tristan Haught.
Menas said his decision to be a Falcon came down to the proximity to his home town of Blacksville.
"I had some division three schools out-of-state, and Concord looking at me," Menas responded. "But Fairmont State was a lot closer, so I just chose to stay with a program that's close to me."
