    The militant group ISIS has beheaded four Western hostages, two from the United States and two from Britain. Monday night, WVU's Muslim Association held a vigil for one of the murdered American journalist.

The Morgantown election may not be until April 30 but early voting began April 16.

April 16 through April 19 and April 22 through April 26, registered voters can stop by city hall to cast their votes.

Early voting is available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

April 25 is the deadline to register for absentee ballots.

On Election Day, voters must vote at specific polling stations in their ward:
