The trial for two men charged in a murder-for-hire plot in Upshur County has been delayed.
Robert Siron and Jesse Lee Heater were to go on trial Tuesday in the death of Joshua Oberg.
Oberg's remains were found in a shallow grave near Bull Run Road last year.
Prosecuting Attorney Jacob Reger said a motion was granted for a continuance until the next term of court.
Siron and Heater face several charges, including murder, conspiracy, and concealment of a deceased human body.
