More than 130 golfers came out on Thursday to the Arnold Palmer Signature Course at the Stonewall Resort in Roanoke.
The event raised money for the West Virginia University Children's Hospital.]
The fifth annual outing has raised over $70,000 over the past four years.
The tournament is organized by the Michael Late Benedum Chapter of the American Association of Professional Landmen.
Organizers said the golf tournament has grown into a major success.
"I think it's a great chance to get out and hang with your friends, and maybe meet some new people. At an event like this is some of the guys didn't have a team, they were paired up and got to do some networking, and it's not super strenuous, a lot of people just enjoy getting out and having a good time," MLBC Tournament organizer Aaron Yost said.
Tournament officials hoped to raise more than $30,000 on Thursday.
