Authorities in Preston County have been investigating vandalism at Big Bear Lake.

Employees said they've had about 40 different campers broken into and vandalized.

Now, the State Fir Marshal's Office is investigating arson.

The State Fire Marshal's Office said someone broke into a camper on Thursday, April 25 and set a couch on fire, damaging the camper.

That same night, another camper, just a few hundred yards away, burned to the ground.

The State Fire Marshal is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information about the fires.

Call the Arson Hotline at 800-233-FIRE.
