Harrison County -

A two vehicle accident sent three people to the hospital Saturday morning.

According to the Harrison County Sheriff's Department, a 2013 Kia Optima was traveling east on Route 50 towards Clarksburg when a 2011 Kia Optima pulled out in front of it from Route 23.

The 2013 Optima T-boned the 2011 Optima.

Betina Allen, the driver of the 2013 Optima, and a juvenile passenger were both transported to United Hospital Center by Anmoore EMS.

The driver of the 2011 Optima, Rebecca Cobb, was also transported to UHC.

All patients were treated for minor injuries.

The Harrison County Sheriff's Department said weather may have been a factor.

The accident is still under investigation.
