The trial of a Marion County man whose charges stem from a 2010 robbery that left one man dead began Wednesday.
William Horton faces two counts each of first degree robbery and night time burglary.
Prosecutors said Horton was the "lookout" in the Quarry Avenue robbery that resulted in the death of John Cottingham.
Horton pleaded guilty to first-degree robbery in January, but withdrew his plea when Judge Michael Aloi sentenced him to 20 years in prison.
The trial will continue Thursday.
