The trial of a Randolph County man facing sexual assault and sexual abuse charges has been rescheduled.
Edward Slaubaugh's trial was supposed to start Wednesday but it's now been rescheduled for the August term of court.
Judge Jaymie Wilfong's office said the court could not seat a jury for the trial.
Slaubaugh, 63, faces one count each of first degree sexual assault, first degree sexual abuse, and sexual abuse by a parent, guardian or custodian.
Prosecutors said Slaubaugh had a sexual relationship with a female relative.
