Update

West Virginia State Police have arrested Larry Talkington, 49, and Regina Talkington, 40 for their involvement in the October 2012 burglary and arson of a Barbour County home.

They are both being held in Tygart Valley Regional Jail.

Original Story

The State Fire Marshal's Office has determined who is responsible for the burglary and arson of a Barbour County home in October 2012.

On Tuesday, the Barbour County Grand Jury indicted Brandi Schoolcraft, 25, Larry Talkington, 49, and Regina Talkington, 40, on two counts of burglary, two counts conspiracy to commit burglary, and one count of grand larceny each.

It also indicted Larry Talkington on one count of first degree arson.

The charges stem from the fire that destroyed a two-story home on Route 57 in Barbour County on October 3, 2012.

A judge has issued warrants for the Talkingtons, who were last seen two months ago in the Huntington area, according to the State Fire Marshal.

If you know where they are, call the State Fire Marshal's Office at 800-233-FIRE.

Schoolcraft will remain in jail until she appears before the judge in Barbour County to answer to the charges.
