Brandi Schoolcraft, Michael Hurst Arraigned in Barbour County Court

A woman facing charges stemming from an arson fire in Barbour County was arraigned in court Thursday.

Brandi Schoolcraft pleaded not guilty before Judge Alan Moats on six charges; two counts of burglary, one count of grand larceny and three counts of conspiracy.

Larry and Regina Talkington also face the same charges after a fire destroyed a home on Route 57.

Larry Talkington also faces a charge of first degree arson.

The Talkingtons have not been seen for months, and did not appear in court for their hearing Thursday.

Michael Hurst was also arraigned before Judge Moats Thursday.

Hurst pleaded not guilty to three charges; operating a clandestine meth lab, possession of precursors to make meth, and conspiracy.

The Barbour County Sheriff department arrested Hurst after he dumped meth ingredients near a well road in the county.
