U.S. Marshals Service Arrests Man in Connection to 2010 Fairmont Robbery

The U.S. Marshals Service has arrested a man who failed to answer a subpoena as a witness in a recent criminal trial.

Marshals arrested Shaquille Lewis at "The Lofts" in Morgantown where he was living with his girlfriend.

Lewis was supposed to testify in the trial of William Horton Jr., a case that involved a deadly robbery in Fairmont.

He was arrested on a circuit court capias from Marion County and on first degree armed robbery and burglary charges.

Lewis will be held in the North Central Regional Jail on $400,000 bail.
