Struck Sunday Evening with wind gusts to 100 MPH.
The United Hospital Center recently opened a new unit dedicated to rehabilitation services.
Health South Mountain View at Bridgeport provides occupational, physical and speech therapy services.
The 16-bed unit took nearly five months to build at a cost of roughly $1.2 million.
Patients said it's nice to have those services so close by.
"We knew if we had to go to Morgantown it would be much tougher and more time consuming for my wife," said Richard Davis, patient.
The average patient stays in the facility ten to 14 days before going home.
