Several people were arraigned Wednesday in Marion County.
Judge David Janes arraigned Michael Radcliff on a charge of first degree robbery.
Radcliff is accused of robbing the J&J café in Fairmont.
He pleaded not guilty, and his case was continued to the October term of court.
He also faces robbery charges in Harrison and Monongalia Counties.
Judge Janes also arraigned Nathaniel Beh.
Beh faces 10 counts of child abuse resulting in injury and three counts of child neglect creating a risk of injury or death.
Fairmont Police said two young children told them that Beh and girlfriend Amanda Blouir had beaten the children, leaving welts and bruises.
He pleaded not guilty, and his trial was continued to the October term of court.
Robert Shaver didn't appear in court Wednesday. Shaver faces assault charges.
The Marion County Sheriff's Department said Shaver entered the courthouse last August with plastic hand guns and a fake sheriff's badge, and pretended to shoot.
He has another case with Judge Michael Aloi this week.
Judge Janes ordered him to appear by noon or he'd issue a warrant for his arrest.
