An Enterprise woman facing multiple animal cruelty charges will spend 60 days in jail after violating the terms of her probation for previous animal cruelty charges.

Emily Rockwell pleaded guilty to animal cruelty charges involving dogs in February 2013. As a condition of her probation, Rockwell wasn't allowed to have animals on her property. In March 2013, the Harrison County Sheriff's Department seized 29 horses from Rockwell's Enterprise farm.

Animal Control Officer Greg Scolapio said most of the animals were severely emaciated and living in very poor conditions.

Rockwell will go to trial for the 13 animal cruelty charges. A date has not been set.
