A Morgantown woman accused of writing prescriptions on her husband's pad could stay out of jail.
Jennifer Holehouse faces several felony and misdemeanor charges including six counts of misuse of a DEA registration.
Holehouse worked for her husband, Doctor James Holehouse.
The authorities said she his DEA number fraudulently to obtain controlled substances.
The prosecutor said she will discuss a potential plea on the felony charges.
She said if Holehouse agrees to drug tests and stays clean, she could drop the felonies to misdemeanors, or dismiss them altogether.
The magistrate rescheduled the case for the misdemeanors to September.
