Morgantown Boys Basketball Head Coach Tom Yester has his kids back in the gym, preparing for a season full of fresh faces and new expectations.
Nathan Adrian is now in the hands of Bob Huggins and the WVU coaching staff, which will certainly hurt the Mohigans, but will also give new opportunities to younger players working their way up.
Replacing the big man in the middle will be a tough task, not to mention losing role players Nick Colasante and Dean Marshall.
But if anyone can replace talent, it's the Morgantown Mohigans.
"There's no doubt you cannot replace 6'9 with 6'4. There's just no way, not 6'9 who can play, anyway. But that's the way it goes. You get the kids for four years and then they're gone. Then you have to groom the next generation. Now it's the next generation's turn and we'll have to see what we can do with them," Yester said.
