FAIRMONT -

Judge David Janes is presiding over the bench trial of a Fairmont man accused of threats of terrorist acts.

A bench trial is one in which a judge delivers the verdict, instead of a jury.

Prosecutors said Zachary Knotts threatened to blow up the cars of some Fairmont Federal Credit Union employees in 2010.

Knotts denies the charges.

He and several witnesses testified on Wednesday.

Judge Janes said he will announce his decision within the week.
